CanSkate Program
CanSkate is a Skate Canada program that will introduce your child to the world of skating. This will be the first program your future figure skater or hockey player will take. It will teach them eveything from simply standing on their new footwear to basic stops and all skills required by every type of skater.
This program runs once per week during the Fall and Winter. It is taught by professional coaches and many volunteer skaters from the community. The skills they learn throughout the year are always demonstrated at the year end show which is normally held in March.
